Information Security Consultant

For an Energy client located in Brussels Belgium, I am searching for a freelance Information Security Consultant for a long-term assignment.

This is a hybrid role offering 2 days working from home

Job Description

· You define and monitor the evolution of the company’s risk profile, develop the annual risk management strategy and coordinate the implementation of the necessary actions. You ensure the monitoring and reporting.
· You understand the main risks, strategic, operational, or related to projects.
· You challenge management, process owners, project managers and operational managers in their risk assessment and mitigation actions. Contact point of different projects.
· You are responsible for crisis management and business continuity processes. You organize the annual crisis exercises and feedback after these exercises or after any proven crisis.
Skills
· 5+ years experience working in a similar position.
· Strong experience working with risks assessments and impact assessments.
· Good understanding of ISO 27001 and security Governance
· You have a background in It Infrastructure
· Fluent in English and French / Dutch.
